Costa Rica Connection Concierge Service Terms and Conditions

1. Welcome to Costa Rica Connection Concierge Service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our concierge services and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description Costa Rica Connection Concierge Service facilitates complete vacation experiences for people interested in a customized vacation tour, medical tour, celebration, or real estate tour groups and individuals interested in vacation experiences in Costa Rica. We assist clients in customizing their vacation experience by providing personalized itinerary and arrangements.

3. Clients will need comprehensive travel insurance for booking any services with Costa Rica Connection. While we strive to provide a seamless experience, travel disruptions or unforeseen events may occur. Travel insurance will help mitigate financial losses incurred due to cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or other unexpected circumstances.

4. As part of our service process, clients are required to complete an intake form as the first step in detailing their preferences, requirements, and any special requests. This initial contact form paired with our client follow up call enables us to tailor our recommendations and arrangements to meet the individual needs of each client. The intake form is non refundable and fee is rolled into service. 

5. Clients who book services through Costa Rica Connection Concierge Service are covered under our insurance policy for the duration of their booked activities. This coverage extends to certain unforeseen events, subject to the terms and conditions of our insurance provider.

6. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our clients, Costa Rica Connection Concierge Service is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained during the course of activities arranged through our service. Clients participate in activities at their own risk and are encouraged to exercise caution and adhere to safety guidelines at all times. Any medical vacation booked through our service will be connected with their medical practitioner's insurance and policies in addition to our coverage and policies.  

7. All bookings made through Costa Connection Concierge Service are subject to availability and confirmation. Clients are required to pay for services in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Payment methods accepted may include credit cards through our website's merchant service provider, wire transfers, or other agreed-upon methods.

8. Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific services booked. Clients are advised to review the cancellation policy associated with each booking before confirming. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in the cancellation policy. Due to the nature of our customized approach to our onboarding process, the specific refund policies and cancellation policy fee schedule will be given at time of signing our contract for services.

9. We respect the privacy of our clients and are committed to protecting their personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose personal data. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica.

11. Costa Rica Connection Concierge Service reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically for updates.

12. Costa Rica Connection serves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Refunds are given in accordance to our refund policy. Professional and courteous behavior is required throughout your stay within Costa Rica. Costa Rica Connection does not take any responsibility for any behavior or actions from our clients that dishonor or disrespect any Costa Rican laws or customs.

*According to the Costa Rica visa policy, travelers who possess a valid multiple-entry visa or residence permit for the European Union, Canada, or the United States can enter Costa Rica without any complications. For US visa holders, those with B and D visas are exempt from obtaining an additional visa for Costa Rica.
